Las Terrazas de Si Como No will be the first member to join the Green Residence Club (GRC) and its innovative "green" fractional vacation ownership/exchange program. The Club offers its members the opportunity to experience the "magic of nature" with all the comfort of barefoot luxury while contributing to preserving the environment through sustainable practices. Each invited hotel member of GRC and their fractional owners will actively participate and contribute to community and global initiatives to enhance the quality of life, for the communities hosting each property. GRC is operated under a dedicated set of guidelines created by Green Hotels Management Company through associations and partnership with Costa Rica's Certification of Sustainable Tourism (CST). The Rainforest Alliance, United Nations World Heritage Foundation and new Carbon Offset initiatives.
